Install this plugin as any other plugin. Open this plugin in admin section and you will find an interface to export content to an archive or import previously exported archive.
You can use this plugin to import content exported from a 3.x version of impresspages using an old export plugin: https://github.com/impresspages-plugins/ImportExport/tree/3.x
