This plugin grabs HTML of the whole page and stores it in a file or Memcached. When user visits the website, the plugin provides cached version of the page instead. Page cache is automatically invalidated when you do changes to the page. Alternatively you can clear all cache by issuing a clear cache command in admin System section.
