Add rel='nofollow' Setting to the TinyMCE Editor. It also adds 'rel' to the valid elements on [a]-tags. Based on the JustifyAlign Plugin from Impresspages

Usage

Just use the normal TinyMCE Link Button and klick on the select box next to Rel.
